About this edition

The 43rd edition took place on 17 November 2018 in Orchide's conference room as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week. It covered building entrepreneurship among young people and using technology and artificial intelligence in business and management.

Lularta Aliu-Halili, with more than 12 years in human resources at national and international level, in organisations and institutions of 4,200 to 27,000 employees, talked about managing organisations: recruitment, transition and restructuring, training and development, HRIS systems and HR administration.

Partin Imeri, co-founder and software engineer at Incodeks, with more than seven years in ICT and a focus on web technologies, talked about using technology to build virtual assistants (chatbots) and why they matter for businesses, with concrete Incodeks projects.
