About this edition
The 33rd edition took place on Wednesday 28 June 2017 in Orchide's conference room and was about art through music, film and theatre.
Bajram “Kafu” Kinolli, a member of Gipsy Groove, one of the bands that challenged prejudice in our society, talked about a group of artists from four nationalities who speak the language of music. He told how the band was formed and is run, its cause, his own activism and his personal life. In his words, “being Roma and not being a victim takes a long time to hold on to, whatever society we live in”.
Besim Ugzmajli, a director from Ferizaj, presented his two latest projects: the documentary “Behind Bars” and the play “The House Without Windows”.
Organised by BarCamp Ferizaj's team of young activists, under the umbrella of Iniciativa për Progres (INPO), with the support of IPKO Foundation.
